摘  要:近年来高等学校逐步加大了对实验教学的投入,但实验教学的发展仍然受到诸多因素的限制,尤其是资源方面的限制。该文以本校为例,分析了高等学校实验教学在有限资源约束条件下的发展困境,并围绕房屋空间、实验教师队伍、实验设备等资源关键要素,提出了内部资源调整、外部资源拓展的总体思路,制定了突破资源瓶颈的路径,取得了一定的改革成效。In recent years,higher education institutions have gradually increased their investment in experimental teaching,but the development of experimental teaching is still limited by many factors,especially resource constraints.This article takes our school as an example to analyze the development difficulties of experimental teaching in higher education institutions under limited resource constraints.Focusing on key resource elements such as lab space,experimental teacher team,and experimental equipment,it proposes an overall approach to adjust internal resources and expand external resources,establishes a path to break through resource bottlenecks,and achieves certain reform results.
