摘  要:实验主要研究了不同浓度的酸化牡蛎壳粉(AOSP)对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)和小球藻(Chlorellasp.)生长的影响.结果表明,高浓度的AOSP会促进铜绿微囊藻并抑制小球藻的生长,具体表现为,当AOSP的浓度为10mg/L时,铜绿微囊藻和小球藻的生长与对照组没有显著性差异;当AOSP的浓度不低于20mg/L时可以显著促进铜绿微囊藻且抑制小球藻的生长(P<0.05).通过电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定发现,培养液中的钙离子浓度与铜绿微囊藻密度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,r^(2)=0.824),与小球藻密度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01,r^(2)=-0.886),并且铜绿微囊藻组的钙离子吸附沉降率显著高于小球藻组(P<0.01),钙离子吸附沉降率的差异可能与铜绿微囊藻及小球藻的细胞结构和光合作用等生命活动有关.The impact of acidified oyster shell powder(AOSP)on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella sp.was explored in this research.The results showed that high concentrations of AOSP could promote the growth of M.aeruginosa but inhibit the growth of Chlorella sp..Specifically,there were no significant differences observed in the growth of M.aeruginosa and Chlorella sp.when compared to the control group at the concentration of 10mg/L.The growth of M.aeruginosa was significantly promoted when the concentration reached 20mg/L(P<0.05).Whereas,the growth of Chlorella sp.was significantly inhibited(P<0.05)Subsequent research showed that the concentration of Ca^(2+)in the culture medium was positively correlated with the density of M.aeruginosa,but negatively correlated with the density of Chlorella sp..Meanwhile,the absorption-sedimentation rate of Ca^(2+)in the M.aeruginosa group was obviously higher than that in the Chlorella sp.group.Thus,we speculated that the difference in the absorption-sedimentation rate of Ca^(2+)may be related to the cellular structure,photosynthesis of M.aeruginosa and Chlorella sp..
