绿色金融对商业银行资产负债表影响的实证研究

摘　　要：2020年9月,习近平总书记在联合国大会上发表重要讲话,提出力争2030年我国二氧化碳排放达到峰值,2060年实现碳中和(以下简称:“双碳目标”)。绿色产业将成为我国今后重要的政策支持行业。金融作为现代经济的血脉,支持绿色产业发展,绿色金融也被提升到了一个新的高度。为推进商业银行有效支持绿色产业发展的同时,进一步保证自身资产负债表健康可持续,本文对绿色金融政策法规演进情况进行梳理,收集绿色金融业务发展状况,通过实证分析方式,验证绿色金融对商业银行资产负债表的影响,得出绿色金融对商业银行的流动性、资本充足水平、不良贷款和净利润存在一定影响,为促进绿色产业规范发展,就商业银行、金融管理部门、绿色产业管理部门三个层面提出相关政策建议。In September 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered important speeches at the United Nations General Assembly,and put forward to strive to reach the peak of carbon dioxide emissions in my country in 2030,and achieve carbon neutralization in 2060(hereinafter referred to as“dual carbon target”).The green industry will become an important policy support industry in China in the future.Finance,as the lifeblood of modern economy,supports the development of green industries,and green finance has also been elevated to a new height.In order to promote the effective support of commercial banks for the development of green industries and further ensure the healthy and sustainable balance sheets of their own,this article reviews the evolution of green finance policies and regulations,collects the development status of green finance business,and verifies the impact of green finance on the balance sheets of commercial banks through empirical analysis.It is found that green finance has a certain impact on the liquidity,capital adequacy level,non-performing loans,and net profits of commercial banks.To promote the standardized development of green industries,relevant policy recommendations are proposed at the three levels of commercial banks,financial management departments,and green industry management departments.
