摘　　要：阐述了工艺规程在企业管理中的重要作用,总结了工艺规程偏重于动态管理的技术状态特点,分析了工艺规程的管理现状,并针对工艺规程管理存在的问题,提出了将工艺管理纳入企业战略、加强工艺人员的教育培训、强化工艺规程档案管理、建立工艺规程考核体系等改进措施。This article elaborates on the important role of process regulations in enterprise management,summarizes the technical characteristics of process regulations that focus on dynamic management,and analyzes the current management status of process regulations.On this basis,it proposes improvement measures such as incorporating process management into enterprise strategy,strengthening education and training of process personnel,enhancing process regulation file management,and establishing a process regulation assessment system to address the existing problems in process regulation management.
