食品生产企业级别与食品安全风险的关联分析——基于食品安全监督抽检情况

摘  要:通过对食品安全监督抽检数据的分析,发现各类食品的不合格率在A级、B级、C级、D级四个级别食品生产企业间存在六组趋势。不同组趋势食品涉及的不合格食品及不合格项目都具有各自的特点,且在不同级别食品生产企业间存在着明显差异。这些趋势、特点与差异可以为提高食品安全监督抽检和食品安全风险管理的精准性与科学性提供参考。Through the analysis of food safety supervision and random inspection data,it was found that there are six trends in the non conformance rate of various types of food among four levels of food production enterprises:A,B,C,and D.The unqualified food and unqualified items involved in different trend foods have their own characteristics,and there are significant differences among food production enterprises at different levels.These trends,characteristics,and differences can provide reference for improving the accuracy and scientificity of food safety supervision and risk management.
