摘  要:来自创业者和高层管理者的领导,对于新创企业质量文化的塑造和质量成效的提升影响巨大。由于新创企业的快速成长特征,其在不同发展阶段所需要的领导方式也有所差异。基于此,本文探讨了新创企业在生命周期的不同阶段推动质量管理工作所需的领导方式及其嬗变过程。研究发现,在创业初期,家长式领导方式更利于开展质量管理工作;在创业中期,变革型领导方式更利于获得更多质量回报;在创业后期,替代型领导方式更利于质量系统的迭代升级。Leadership from entrepreneurs and senior managers has a significant impact on the shaping of quality culture and the enhancement of quality performance in startups.Due to the rapid growth characteristics of startups,the leadership styles required at different stages of development are also vary.Based on this,this article explores the evolution process of leadership styles required for startups to promote quality management work at different stages of their lifecycle.The study finds that in the early stages of entrepreneurship,the paternalistic leadership style is more conducive to advancing quality management work;In the mid-stage of entrepreneurship,the transformational leadership is more beneficial for obtaining greater quality returns;In the later stages of entrepreneurship,the substitute leadership is more conducive to the iterative upgrade of the quality system.
