摘　　要：深圳北理莫斯科大学基地位于深圳龙岗区,距离深圳市中心约20千米。项目基地对外交通联系十分便捷。距离水官高速出入口仅200米,1公里范围内有水官高速、长深高速、博深高速,可快速和便捷的联系深圳各片区及周边城市。项目总体布局顺应地形沿南北、东西两条景观轴形成教学区、生活区、体育区,两条轴线交汇处为核心景观广场。教学、生活、体育区之间联系紧密,对外联系便捷,最大步行距离约为400米。Located in Shenzhen's Longgang District,approximately 20 km from the city center,the Shenzhen MSU-BIT University campus offers highly convenient transportation links.It is just 200 meters from the Shui Guan Expressway exit,with additional access to Changshen and Boshen Expressways within 1 km,facilitating rapid connections to all areas of Shenzhen and neighboring cities.The master plan follows the natural terrain,creating an integrated layout along north-south and east-west landscape axes that define the academic,residential,and sports zones.These axes intersect at a central landscape plaza,which serves as the heart of the campus.The academic,residential,and sports areas are closely connected,with a maximum walking distance of about 400 meters.
