摘 要:近年来由于金属卤化物钙钛矿CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)量子点表现出优良性能在光电领域受到众多研究者的青睐。然而其环境稳定性极差,在自然环境下,水热光氧就能很容易破坏其结构性能。目前将钙钛矿量子点封装在非晶玻璃基质中独树一帜,通过玻璃的网络结构紧密的包裹,将量子点与外界环境隔离开来从而获得环境稳定的钙钛矿纳米晶量子点。本文概述了量子点玻璃的制备过程以及目前不同玻璃基质被用来包覆量子点玻璃,希望对量子点玻璃材料领域具有一定参考意义。In recent years,metal halide perovskite CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)quantum dots have shown excellent properties and have been favored by many researchers in the field of optoelectronics.However,its environmental stability is extremely poor.In the natural environment,hydrothermal light and oxygen can easily destroy its structural properties.At present,perovskite quantum dots are uniquely encapsulated in an amorphous glass matrix.The quantum dots are isolated from the external environment by tightly wrapping the network structure of the glass to obtain environmentally stable perovskite nanocrystalline quantum dots.This article outlines the preparation process of quantum dot glass and the different glass matrices currently used to coat quantum dot glass.It is hoped that it will have certain reference significance for the field of quantum dot glass materials.
