长期住院精神分裂症患者尿路感染情况调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究长期住院精神分裂症患者的尿路感染情况。方法选择上海市黄浦区精神卫生中心2000年3月至2020年3月期间入院的203例精神分裂症患者进行调查,分析所有患者尿路感染情况,总结引起尿路感染的影响因素。结果203例患者中,发生尿路感染56例,患病率为27.59%,病原菌以革兰阴性菌最为常见,占比69.01%。长期住院精神分裂症患者尿路感染情况与年龄、性别、住院天数、躯体疾病(女性为糖尿病,男性为前列腺疾病)、卧床、饮水量、精神疾病症状控制差有关(P<0.05)。结论长期住院精神分裂症患者的尿路感染主要由革兰阴性菌引起,故需特别关注大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌的感染情况,并依据药物敏感性试验结果进行适当的药物治疗;同时需针对患者发生尿路感染的影响因素给予针对性干预措施。Objective:To investigate the urinary tract infection of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods:203 schizophrenic patients admitted to Shanghai Huangpu Mental Health Center from March 2000 to March 2020 were investigated,and the urinary tract infection of all patients was analyzed,and the influencing factors of urinary tract infection were summarized.Results:Among 203 patients,56 cases had urinary tract infection,the prevalence rate was 27.59%,and Gram-negative bacteria were the most common pathogens,accounting for 69.01%.Urinary tract infection in long-term inpatients with schizophrenia is related to age、sex、length of hospitalization、physical illness(diabetes in women and prostate disease in men)、bed rest、water consumption and poor control of mental illness symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:The urinary tract infection of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia is mainly caused by gram-negative bacteria,so it is necessary to pay special attention to the infection of Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecalis,and carry out appropriate drug treatment according to the results of drug sensitivity test.At the same time,targeted intervention measures should be given to the influencing factors of urinary tract infection in patients.
