摘  要:目的研究分析人类PLOD2基因的表达与肾透明细胞癌(KIRC)的生物信息学相关性。方法基于肿瘤基因组图谱计划(TCGA)及生物信息学的研究数据,分析PLOD2基因的表达,运用GEPIA2数据库分析PLOD2基因与KIRC生存率之间的相关性。结果在TCGA肿瘤组织中筛选出16种与PLOD2基因相关的肿瘤,其中10种肿瘤与PLOD2的表达呈正相关,6种肿瘤与PLOD2的表达呈负相关;PLOD2在KIRC中的蛋白表达高于正常组织。结论KIRC的基因表达变化及预后相关因素能够为疾病的分子诊断与预后评估等提供依据。Objective:To study and analyze the bioinformatics correlation between the expression of human PLOD2 gene and renal clear cell carcinoma(KIRC).Methods:Based on the research data of Tumour Genome Mapping Project(TCGA)and bioinformatics,the expression of PLOD2 gene was analyzed,and the correlation between PLOD2 gene and survival rate of KIRC was analyzed by GEPIA2 database.Results:Sixteen tumors related to PLOD2 gene were screened from TCGA tumor tissues,among which 10 tumors were positively correlated with PLOD2 expression,and 6 tumors were negatively correlated with PLOD2 expression.The protein expression of PLOD2 in KIRC is higher than that in normal tissues.Conclusion:The changes of gene expression and prognostic factors of KIRC can provide evidence for molecular diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of diseases.
