摘　　要：食管癌作为全球范围内发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,其治疗过程常伴随肌少症的发生。肌少症不仅影响患者的生活质量,还与食管癌的治疗效果及远期生存密切相关。近年来,免疫营养在改善食管癌伴肌少症患者的营养状况、免疫功能及预后方面显示出潜在的应用价值。本研究旨在探讨免疫营养对食管癌伴肌少症患者免疫营养相关指标及预后的影响,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。Esophageal cancer as one of the malignant tumors with high incidence rate worldwide,is often accompanied by sarcopenia in the course of treatment.Sarcopenia not only affects the quality of life of patients,but is also closely related to the treatment effect and long-term survival of esophageal cancer.In recent years,immunonutrition has shown potential application value in improving the nutritional status、immune function and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer and sarcopenia.This article aims to explore the impact of immune nutrition on immune nutrition related indicators and prognosis in patients with esophageal cancer and sarcopenia,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.
