摘 要:文章选取鞣花酸(EA)、没食子酸(GA)、芹菜素(Ap)和木犀草素(Lut)4种化感物质进行抑藻试验,以研究单一成分及联合使用条件下对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)的抑制作用。通过测定藻细胞数、叶绿素a含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标,评价4种化感物质及其联合作用对铜绿微囊藻的抑制效果。研究结果表明:4种化感物质无论是单独使用还是联合使用均对铜绿微囊藻产生抑制效果。鞣花酸、没食子酸、芹菜素和木犀草素对铜绿微囊藻的IC_(50)分别为21.65、16.62、6.10和4.14 mg/L。在联合作用条件下,组合4(25 mg/L GA+10 mg/L Lut)的抑制效果最为显著(P<0.05),处理9 d后对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率达到96.13%,叶绿素a含量、SOD、MDA均受到不同程度的影响。进一步比较发现,组合1(25 mg/L EA+10 mg/L Ap)和组合3(25 mg/L GA+10 mg/L Ap)的化感物质具有拮抗作用,组合2(25 mg/L EA+10 mg/L Lut)具有相加作用,组合4(25 mg/L GA+10 mg/L Lut)具有协同作用。Four allelopathic substances,ellagic acid(EA),gallic acid(GA),apigenin(Ap),and luteolin(Lut)were selected for allelopathic inhibition experiments to investigate their inhibitory effects on Microcystis aeruginosa under both single and combined applications.The inhibitory effects of these four allelopathic substances and their combinations on Microcystis aeruginosa were evaluated by measuring the algal density,chlorophyll-a content,activity of cell superoxide dismutase(SOD),and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents.The results indicated that all four allelopathic substances exhibited inhibitory effects on Microcystis aeruginosa,regardless of whether they were used alone or in combination.Specifically,the IC_(50) values of EA,GA,Ap,and Lut against Microcystis aeruginosa were 21.65 mg/L,16.62 mg/L,6.10 mg/L,and 4.14 mg/L,respectively.Among the combined treatments,the combination of Combination 4(25 mg/L GA+10 mg/L Lut)showed the most significant inhibitory effect(P<0.05),with an inhibition rate of 96.13%against Microcystis aeruginosa after 9 days of treatment.chlorophyll-a content,SOD activity,and MDA content were also affected to varying degrees.Further comparative analysis revealed antagonistic effects between the allelopathic substances in Combination 1(25 mg/L EA+10 mg/L Ap)and Combination 3(25 mg/L GA+10 mg/L Ap),additive effects in Combination 2(25 mg/L EA+10 mg/L Lut),and synergistic effects in Combination 4(25 mg/L GA+10 mg/L Lut).
