摘  要:从海鲈养殖池塘底泥中分离得到了1株好氧反硝化细菌HL3,通过对HL3进行形态学、生理生化以及16S r DNA序列鉴定,确定HL3为嗜线虫沙雷氏菌(Serratia nematodiphila)。从碳源、C/N、p H和温度4个环境因素对HL3生长和脱氮性能进行研究,结果表明,当以琥珀酸钠为碳源、C/N=10、p H=7和温度为30℃时,HL3有最佳脱氮能力,48 h内TN、NH4_(+)^(-)N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N去除率分别为78.23%、92.80%、99.57%和94.65%。好氧反硝化细菌Serratia nematodiphila HL3有较高的生物安全性和脱氮效果,该菌在养殖尾水的生物脱氮处理方向有广阔的应用前景。An aerobic denitrifying bacterium HL3 was isolated from the bottom mud of the sea bass culture pond.Through morphological,physiological and biochemical identification of HL3 and 16S rDNA sequence,HL3 was identified as Serratia nematodiphila.The growth and denitrification performance of HL3 were studied from four environmental factors:carbon source,C/N,pH and temperature.The results showed that when sodium succinate was used as carbon source,C/N=10,pH=7 and temperature was 30℃,HL3 had the best denitrification ability.Within 48 h,the removal rates of TN、NH4_(+)^(-)N、NO_(2)^(-)-N and NO_(3)^(-)-N were 78.23%,92.80%,99.57%and 94.65%,respectively.The aerobic denitrifying bacteria Serratia nematodiphila HL3 has high biosafety and nitrogen removal effect,and it has broad application prospects in the biological nitrogen removal treatment direction of aquaculture tail water.
