摘　　要：本文综合探讨了机器视觉技术在工业机器人系统中的应用,强调了其在现代制造业中的重要性。分析了机器视觉集成到工业机器人中的意义,也讨论了在工业机器人系统中应用机器视觉的基本原则,文章还指出了当前应用中存在的主要难点与挑战,根据这些问题提出了加强机器视觉应用的有效策略,旨在通过技术创新和系统优化,推动机器视觉技术在工业机器人领域的广泛应用。This article comprehensively explores the application of machine vision technology in industrial robot systems,emphasizing its importance in modern manufacturing.It analyzes the significance of integrating machine vision into industrial robots and discusses the basic principles of applying machine vision in industrial robot systems.The article also points out the main difficulties and challenges existing in current applications and proposes effective strategies to enhance the application of machine vision.The aim is to promote the widespread application of machine vision technology in the field of industrial robots through technological innovation and system optimization.
