摘 要:放射治疗是利用不同射线的电离辐射特性,杀伤恶性肿瘤细胞,但其对周围正常健康组织也会产生不同程度的损伤。与常规剂量率放射治疗(Conv-RT)相比,超高剂量率放射治疗(Flash-RT)作为一种新的放射治疗方法,在不影响肿瘤反应的情况下,可降低正常组织毒性,且具有独特的放射生物学特性及潜在临床优势,已成为放射治疗领域的研究热点。但是,关于Flash-RT原理及临床转化等研究仍处于初始阶段。笔者主要综述了Flash-RT的发展及Flash效应的相关机制,同时探索Flash放射治疗在胃肠道中的动物实验研究进展,通过放射治疗对肠损伤的影响及其机制对比,为肠癌患者的治疗提供科学依据。未来仍需深入探索Flash-RT的机制,开发适用于不同肿瘤的Flash-RT装置和开展大规模临床研究,为Flash放射治疗在临床应用方面提供现实意义。Radiation therapy makes use of the ionising radiation properties of different rays to kill malignant tumour cells,but it also causes different degrees of damage to the surrounding normal healthy tissues.As a new radiotherapy method,ultra-high dose rate radiation therapy(Flash-RT)has become a research hot spot in the field of radiotherapy because it can reduce normal tissue toxicity without affecting the tumour response and has unique radiobiological properties and potential clinical advantages compared with conventional dose rate radiation therapy(Conv-RT).However,the research on the principle and clinical translation of Flash-RT is still in the initial stage.In this paper,we mainly briefly described the development of Flash-RT and the related mechanism of Flash effect,and also explored the progress of animal experiments on Flash radiotherapy in the gastrointestinal tract,so as to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of intestinal cancer patients through the comparison of the effect of radiotherapy on intestinal damage and its mechanism.In the future,we still need to explore the mechanism of Flash-RT in depth,and to develop Flash-RT devices for different tumour and carry out large-scale clinical studies,so as to provide real-world significance for the clinical application of Flash radiotherapy.
