摘 要:目的建立辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ的高效液相色谱测定法。方法样品经固相萃取净化后,以乙腈和0.5%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,经C_(18)柱分离,于500 nm波长检测。结果在0.15~2.56μg/ml范围内,苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ所得回归方程的线性关系良好,r>0.9999。该方法的检出限为0.01~0.02μg/ml。平均回收率为86.7%~103.0%;RSD为0.6%~1.4%。结论该方法简单快速,灵敏度较高,准确度及精密度均较好,适用于辣椒粉中苏丹红染料的日常检测。Objective To establish a rapid and simple analytical method for simultaneous determination of Sudan redⅠ-Ⅳin product of chilli condiment by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods After samples were extracted by solid-phase extraction,the separation was performed on C18 column with gradient elution,using the solution of acetonitrile and 0.5%phosphate acid as the mobile phase,detected at the wavelength of 500 nm.Results The linearity of Sudan redⅠ-Ⅳwas good in the range of 0.15-2.56μg/ml with the correlation coefficients(r)all above 0.9999.The limits of detection were 0.01-0.02μg/ml.The average recoveries were 86.7%-103.0%and the precisions were 0.6%-1.4%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and is applicable to the determination of for Sudan red in paprika.
