摘  要:目的 探讨光学体表监测系统(OSMS)中Move Couch功能在颅脑肿瘤调强放射治疗中的应用效果。方法 A组采用标记线+OSMS+Move Couch功能摆位,B组采用标记线+OSMS摆位。两组均进行25次CBCT扫描,校准CBCT与计划CT的六维误差,并分析。结果 A、B组在升降、偏转角、俯仰角方向差异显著(P<0.05);在进出、左右、翻转角方向差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 标记线+OSMS+Move Couch功能可将颅脑肿瘤摆位误差降低至亚毫米级别。Objective:To explore the application effect of Move Couch function in optical body surface monitoring system(OSMS)in intensity modulated radiation therapy for brain tumors.Methods:group a used the function of marking line+OSMS+Move Couch,while group b used marking line+OSMS.25 CBCT scans were performed in both groups,and the six-dimensional error between CBCT and planned CT was calibrated and analyzed.Results:There were significant differences between group A and group B in the directions of elevation、yaw angle and pitch angle(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the direction of entrance and exit、left and right and turning angle(P>0.05).Conclusion:Marker line+OSMS+Move Couch function can reduce the setting error of brain tumor to sub-millimeter level.
