摘 要:“双一流”是国家实施教育强国战略的重大举措,有效地推进了我国高等教育的发展。对于地方师范院校来说,面对机遇与挑战,必须立足于学校的办学现状和区域发展的实际需求,转变办学思路、明确自身定位,并制定与之对应的转型策略,以期提升办学和育人质量。基于“双一流”建设时代背景,分析地方师范院校在转型发展中需要固守的本源与原则,从多维角度提出变革性转型提升的具体实践路径。“Double first-class”is a major measure to implement the strategy of building a strong country by education,which effectively promotes the development of higher education in China.As far as local normal universities are concerned,in the face of opportunities and challenges,they must change their educational ideas,clarify their own positioning and formulate corresponding transformation strategies based on the current situation of the school and the actual needs of regional development,so as to improve the quality of education.Under the background of the“double first-class”construction background,this paper analyzes the origins and principles that local normal universities need to adhere to in their transformation and development,and finally proposes specific practical paths for transformative transformation and improvement from a multidimensional perspective.
