摘 要:提出一种基于投影栅相位法的边缘相位展开误差补偿的方法。利用投影栅相位法获得被测物体的绝对相位,采用Canny算法进行边缘检测,用于识别出相位图像中的边缘位置;通过结构元素膨胀边缘并结合自适应中值滤波进行边缘修复,减少边缘处的误差。实验表明,该方法在一定程度上克服了因物体边缘而导致的相位跳变,该改进方法对相位展开出现的跳跃性误差的校正率可达96.9%以上,同时面对不同的噪声,也具有较强的抗噪能力,且精度可达0.05 mm以上。A method of edge phase unfolding error compensation based on projection grating phase method is proposed.,in which the absolute phase of the measured object is obtained by the projection grating phase method,and the edge detection is carried out by Canny algorithm to identify the edge position in the phase image.The edge is expanded by structural elements and the edge is restored by combining with value filtering in self-adaptation to reduce the error at the edge.Experiments show that the method overcomes the phase jump caused by the edge of the object to a certain extent,and the correction rate of this improved method for the jump error occurring in phase expansion reaches more than 96.9%,and it also has strong anti-noise capability in the face of different noises,and the accuracy reaches more than 0.05 mm.
