摘  要:目的了解广州市居民生活饮用水碘含量状况。方法2022年3-10月,在广州市11个市辖区的全部2702个行政村(社区)开展居民生活饮用水碘含量调查。根据不同供水方式(集中式、分散式、混合式)采集水样,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测水碘含量。分析各行政村(社区)居民生活饮用水碘含量分布情况。结果广州市2702个行政村(社区)的供水方式主要为集中式供水,占95.34%(2576/2702);分散式供水占3.66%(99/2702);混合式供水占1.00%(27/2702)。各行政村(社区)的总体水碘含量为8.93(5.93,13.19)μg/L,范围为0.00~67.79μg/L。其中,99.81%(2697/2702)的行政村(社区)水碘中位数<40μg/L,为碘缺乏地区;0.19%(5/2702)的行政村(社区)水碘中位数为40~100μg/L,为适碘地区;未发现水碘中位数>100μg/L的高碘地区。结论广州市居民生活饮用水碘含量总体处于较低水平,外环境普遍缺碘,未发现有高碘地区存在。Objective To investigate the iodine level in drinking water of residents in Guangzhou City.Methods From March to October 2022,a survey of iodine level in residents'drinking water was conducted in 2702 administrative villages(communities)in 11 municipal districts of Guangzhou City.Water samples were collected according to different water supply methods(centralized,decentralized,and mixed),and the water iodine level was determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The distribution of iodine level in drinking water of residents in administrative villages(communities)was analyzed.Results In 2702 administrative villages(communities)in Guangzhou City,centralized water supply was the main way of water supply,accounting for 95.34%(2576/2702);decentralized water supply accounted for 3.66%(99/2702);mixed water supply accounted for 1.00%(27/2702).The overall water iodine of each administrative village(community)was 8.93(5.93,13.19)μg/L,ranging from 0.00 to 67.79μg/L.Among them,99.81%(2697/2702)of the administrative villages(communities)had a median water iodine level of less than 40μg/L,indicating iodine deficiency areas;0.19%(5/2702)of the administrative villages(communities)had a median water iodine of 40-100μg/L,indicating suitable iodine areas;no high iodine area with a median water iodine level greater than 100μg/L was found.Conclusions The iodine level in the drinking water of residents in Guangzhou City is generally at a low level,and the external environment is generally deficient in iodine.No area with high iodine level has been found.
