摘　　要：2020年8月四川省发生一起网络“龙线虫”舆情事件,四川省疾病预防控制中心利用四川疾控抖音号、公众号等新媒体平台快速响应公众关注热点,联合主流媒体发布辟谣信息等方法,成功引导了舆论导向。本事件中,不仅论证了沟通策略在应对公共卫生情况中的重要作用,同时也说明官方应对舆论采取持续关注,联动各跨界媒体,及时响应公众关注热点,能有效降低不实信息影响范围。This article is based on the understanding of the role of public opinion monitoring and analysis in handling public health focus issues.To rapidly respond to public concerns,joint media were invited to release rumor clarification information,which attracted a large amount of attention and topped the list of rumor clarification information.In this event,it not only demonstrated the important role of communication strategies in responding to public health situations,but also showed that the official should take continuous attention to public opinion,cooperate with crossborder media,and respond to public concerns in time to reduce the influence scope of false information.
