摘　　要：文化的特性,决定了其对人类社会的引领作用。从文化引领作用的视角研究王尽美一生的思想和实践,对于进一步认识王尽美和更深刻理解建党精神,是必要的。王尽美27年的人生可以分为三个阶段,即从出生到济南求学的20年,从济南求学到出席中共一大的3年,从出席中共一大到奉献生命的4年。在中西文化激荡的大背景下,王尽美在第一阶段从萌生“换命”思想的幼儿成长为立志救国救民的、具有民主主义革命思想的农村青年;在第二阶段从具有民主主义革命思想的农村青年成长为信仰马克思主义的城市青年;在第三个阶段从信仰马克思主义的城市青年成长为将马克思、列宁主义与中国实际情况相结合,探索革命之路的无畏战士。王尽美一生的思想和实践的演进,有力地证明了先进文化的引领作用。The characteristics of culture determines its leading role in human society.It is necessa-ry to study Wang Jinmei's thought and practice from the perspective of cultural leading role to further understand Wang Jinmei and the Great Founding Spirit.Wang Jinmei's life(1898-1925)can be divided into three stages:the 20 years from birth to studying in Jinan,the 3 years from studying in Jinan to attending the FirstCPC(the Communist Party of China)National Con-gress,and the 4 years from attendingthe First CPC National Congress to dedicating his life.Against the backdrop of the agitation between Chinese and Western cultures,Wang Jinmei grew from a young child with the idea of“changing lives”to a rural youth with revolutionary and dem-ocratic ideas determined to save the country and the people in the first stage;grew from a rural youth to an urban youth who believes in Marxism in the second stage;grew from an urban youth who believes in Marxism to a fearless fighter who combines Marxism and Leninism with China's actual conditions and explores the road to revolution in the third stage.The evolution of Wang Jinmei's thought and practice throughout his life is a strong proof of the leading role of advanced culture.
