摘　　要：本文旨在探讨高校工程类实验室的安全管理建设,重点关注工程类实验室安全管理和仪器设备使用效率两方面。其中,安全管理建设主要包括设备使用安全、工程类试验场馆的高空作业安全和校外人员管理。科学合理的管理制度能够有效降低设备使用风险,保障试验安全;针对高空作业这一常见的高风险活动,须建立严格的安全规程和应急预案,以确保操作人员的安全;此外,校外人员的进出管理同样不可忽视,需要明确其访问权限与安全责任,以提升实验室的整体安全防范水平。通过强化这三方面的管理,提升设备使用效率,降低闲置率和损耗率,不仅能有效增强实验室的安全性,还能促进工程教育的高质量发展。This paper aims to explore the safety management construction of engineering laboratories in higher education,focusing on two aspects:safety management in engineering laboratories and the efficiency of laboratory equipment use.Specifically,safety management construction includes equipment usage safety,safety protocols for high-altitude operations in engineering testing venues,and management of external personnel.A scientifically sound management system can effectively reduce equipment usage risks and ensure testing safety.For high-altitude operations,which are common high-risk activities,strict safety regulations and emergency plans must be established to ensure the safety of operators.Additionally,managing the access of external personnel should not be neglected;it is essential to clarify their access rights and safety responsibilities to enhance the overall safety measures of the laboratory.By strengthening these three aspects of management and improving equipment usage efficiency while reducing idle and loss rates,we can not only effectively enhance the safety of the laboratory but also promote the high-quality development of engineering education.
