摘　　要：结合当前高校实验室文化建设的现状,深入分析了存在的问题,本文以管理学的EHS(environment、health、safety)管理模型理念为基础,提出适用于高校实验室管理的广义的EHS模型,并基于AHP(analytic hierarchy process)法构建的实验室安全文化建设评价指标体系模型(七力图),可以有效提高实验的安全性,保障高校实验室的规范化管理。Based on the current status of university laboratory culture construction,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems.Drawing on the concept of the management model of EHS(environment,health,safety)in management science,a generalized EHS model applicable to the management of university laboratories is proposed.Furthermore,an evaluation index system model(seven-force diagram)for laboratory safety culture construction is constructed based on the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method,which can effectively enhance experimental safety and ensure standardized management of university laboratories.
