芪芍安胃胶囊治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪芍安胃胶囊治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年7月期间连云港市中医院收治的70例脾胃虚寒型FD患者70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者采取常规西药治疗,观察组患者采取芪芍安胃胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.14 %,较对照组的68.57 %高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者各项中医证候积分均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平较对照组高,血清胃泌素(GAS)水平较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以脾胃虚寒型FD患者芪芍安胃胶囊治疗,可显著增强临床疗效,缓解病情症状,改善血清学指标,并减少患者不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qishao Anwei capsule on functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods Seventy FD patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type admitted to Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qishao Anwei capsule.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 68.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum gastrin(GAS)was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishao Anwei capsule can significantly enhance clinical efficacy,relieve symptoms,improve serological indexes and reduce adverse reactions in FD patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.
