茵胆平肝胶囊联合益生菌/益生元制剂对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨茵胆平肝胶囊联合益生菌/益生元制剂对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者糖脂代谢及血清25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平的影响。方法:将南平市第一医院2021年2月至2024年2月收治的150例NAFLD患者作为研究对象,按照信封随机法分为对照组(予益生菌/益生元制剂治疗)和观察组(在对照组的基础上联合茵胆平肝胶囊治疗),各75例。治疗前及治疗1个月后,观察比较两组患者的外周血血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血清25(OH)D、Cys-C水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗1个月后,两组患者外周血TG、LDL-C、FPG、HbA1c、Cys-C水平均降低,且观察组比对照组更低;两组患者25(OH)D水平升高,且观察组比对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无不良反应情况发生。结论:茵胆平肝胶囊联合益生菌/益生元制剂治疗能有效改善NAFLD患者的糖脂代谢,调节血清25(OH)D、Cys-C水平,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effects of Yindanpinggan capsule combined with probiotic/prebiotic preparations on glucose and lipid metabolism,serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]and cystatin C(Cys-C)in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 150 patients with NAFLD admitted to Nanping First Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group(treated with probiotic/prebiotic preparations)and an observation group(treated with Yingdanpinggan capsule on the basis of control group)according to envelope randomization method,with 75 cases in each group.Before treatment and one month after treatment,the blood lipid indexes[triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)],serum 25(OH)D,Cys-C and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After one month of treatment,the levels of TG,LDL-C,FPG,HbA1c and CYS-C were decreased in both groups,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group.The levels of 25(OH)D in two groups were increased,and the observation group had higher levels than the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Yindanpinggan capsule combined with probiotic/prebiotic preparations can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism and regulate serum 25(OH)D and Cys-C levels in patients with NAFLD,with high safety.
