摘  要:乳腺癌在我国女性恶性肿瘤中发病率最高,尽管治疗方式不断改进,仍有部分病人出现复发和远端转移,5年生存率仅有25%。所以,充分了解乳腺癌侵袭、迁移的潜在机制,开发出新的治疗方法,对于减少乳腺癌病人的转移尤为重要。大量证据表明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)可以作为一种潜在的生物标志物,通过不同的调控机制介导乳腺癌的发生发展及临床诊治。因此,该研究系统地综述了lncRNA在乳腺癌生物学过程及临床应用中的调控作用及分子机制;不仅为乳腺癌的辅助诊断、精准治疗及预后评估提供了新的视角,同时也进一步促进了精准医学在临床诊治中的发展。Breast cancer has the highest incidence among female malignant tumors in China.Despite the continuous improvement of therapies,some patients still have recurrence and distal metastasis,and the 5-year survival rate is only 25%.So it is very important to fully understand the underlying mechanism of the occurrence and development of breast cancer and to develop new therapeutic methods to reduce the metastasis of breast cancer.Plenty of evidence indicates that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)can be used as a potential biomarker to mediate the occurrence,development and clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer through different regulatory mechanisms.Therefore,this paper systematically reviews the regulatory role and molecular mechanism of lncRNA in the biological process and clinical application of breast cancer.It not only provides a new idea for auxiliary diagnosis,precision treatment and prognosis assessment of breast cancer,but also further promotes the development of precision medicine in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
