摘　　要：尿道下裂是第二常见的先天性泌尿生殖系统畸形,影响病人的心理及生育,其病因尚不清楚。雄激素及其受体在男性生殖器的分化和发育中起重要作用。雄激素合成缺陷、雄激素受体突变及抗雄激素物质等与雄激素信号传导有关的任何异常都可能导致尿道下裂。另外,术前雄激素治疗可以改善尿道下裂的手术条件和结果。该研究就雄激素在尿道下裂中的最新研究进展进行综述。Hypospadias is the second most common congenital genitourinary malformation,affecting patients'mentality and fertility,but its etiology is still unclear.Androgen and its receptor play an important role in the differentiation and development of male genitalia.Any abnormalities relate to androgen signaling,such as androgen synthesis defects,androgen receptor(AR)mutations,and anti-androgens,may lead to hypospadias.In addition,preoperative androgen therapy can improve the surgical condition and outcome of hypospadias.This article reviews the latest research progress of androgens in hypospadias.
