基于梅奥诊所的教学理念,对血管外科教学的优化建议

摘　　要：近年来,我国已经逐步建立并完善住院医师规范化培训的制度。但在血管外科专科医师的培训体系上仍处于探索阶段。如何通过数年时间培养出优秀的血管外科医师值得深思。梅奥诊所是美国最优秀的教学医院之一,该研究剖析世界顶尖医院美国梅奥诊所的教学理念,借鉴其先进之处改进教学方法,对血管外科专科医师培训体系的建立,培养出更多高质量的血管外科专科医师将有所裨益。In recent years,the system of standardized resident training has been set up and improved gradually in China.However,the medical specialist training system for vascular surgeons is still at the stage of exploration.How to cultivate excellent vascular surgeons in a few years is worth pondering.This article analyzes the teaching philosophy of Mayo Clinic,the world's top hospital and one of the best teaching hospitals in the United States,and draw its advanced experience to improve our own teaching methods.It will be beneficial for the establishment of our vascular surgery specialist training system and the cultivation of more high-quality vascular surgeons.
