摘　　要：文章聚焦“岗课赛证”模式下的多媒体教学改革,旨在解决高质量教育核心问题:“培养什么样的人及如何培养”。通过信息技术整合课程,构建系统化教学方案,结合岗位需求创新教学,重点探讨增强课堂互动、学生反馈的策略,如个性化学习报告与互评平台,促进学生自主学习。研究表明,此改革在学前教育中成效显著,不仅提升教学质量,更为学生未来职业铺路。This paper focuses on multimedia teaching reform under the"Workplace,Course,Competition,and Certificate"mode,aiming to address the core issues of high-quality education:"what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate them."By integrating information technology into courses,a systematic teaching plan is constructed,and innovative teaching methods are combined with job requirements.The paper emphasizes strategies for enhancing classroom interaction and student feedback,such as personalized learning reports and peer evaluation platforms,to promote students'self-directed learning.The research demonstrates that this reform has achieved significant results in preschool education,not only improving teaching quality but also laying a solid foundation for students'future careers.
