基于互联网背景下取消报到证对高校学生档案工作的影响

摘　　要：2023年,我国明确出台取消就业报到证政策,并于5月下发关于做好相应衔接工作的通知。取消报到证,是顺应时代发展和百姓呼声的历史必然。高校作为执行政策的基层单位,其学生档案工作也将面临一系列的改变和考验,文章从工作实际出发,提出高校应利用互联网技术建立电子档案管理系统,推广在线档案服务,加强数据安全和隐私保护,并推动档案信息的共享和利用,以提高档案管理的效率和准确性,为毕业生提供更加便捷、高效的服务。In 2023,the Chinese government officially introduced the policy to abolish the Employment Reporting Certificate and issued a notice in May on how to ensure the smooth transition.The abolition of the Employment Reporting Certificate is an inevitable historical move in line with the development of the times and the demands of the people.As the grassroots units for policy implementation,universities will face a series of changes and challenges in their student archives management.Based on practical work experience,this article proposes that universities should use Internet technology to establish an electronic archives management system,promote online archives services,enhance data security and privacy protection,and promote the sharing and utilization of archives information.These measures aim to improve the efficiency and accuracy of archives management and provide more convenient and efficient services for graduates.
