摘  要:近年来,在数字化浪潮的冲击下,传统采购评审流程显露出诸多痛点,诸如效率低下、数据错漏及难以保密等问题。文章致力于开发一套基于光学字符识别(OCR)技术的智能采购评审数字化平台,替代繁琐的人工操作,实现采购文档的高效处理与管理。利用先进的OCR引擎精准识别纸质文档中的文字,转换成可编辑的电子数据,再通过人工智能算法进行数据清洗与分类,最终实现自动化的审计跟踪。此外,该系统加入复杂的业务规则引擎,能够自适应企业的采购流程,并对评审结果进行智能化分析,为决策者提供有力支持。文章将详细分析该数字化平台的研发目标、整体架构以及在现代企业采购管理中的推广应用价值,为同类数字化转型项目提供参考和借鉴。In recent years,under the impact of the digitalization wave,traditional procurement review processes have revealed numerous pain points,such as low efficiency,data errors and omissions,and difficulties in maintaining confidentiality.This paper is dedicated to developing an intelligent procurement review digital platform based on Optical Character Recognition(OCR)technology to replace cumbersome manual operations and achieve efficient processing and management of procurement documents.By utilizing advanced OCR engines to accurately recognize text in paper documents and convert it into editable electronic data,followed by using artificial intelligence algorithms for data cleaning and classification,the system ultimately realizes automated audit tracking.Additionally,the system incorporates a complex business rule engine that can adapt to the procurement processes of enterprises and perform intelligent analysis of review results,providing strong support for decision-makers.This article will provide a detailed analysis of the research and development goals,overall architecture,and the promotion and application value of this digital platform in modern enterprise procurement management,offering references and insights for similar digital transformation projects.
