摘 要:粮食自给在粮食安全方面起着重要作用,饲料用粮现已成为粮食消费增长的主要原因。我国“人畜争粮”问题日益凸显,因地制宜开发我国地源性饲料资源已迫在眉睫。柑橘渣是柑橘加工副产物,产量巨大且利用率低,由此引发的资源浪费和环境污染问题不容忽视。柑橘渣总能值与玉米等能量饲料相近,且富含多种营养物质和生物活性物质,将其开发作为畜禽饲料资源具有广阔的前景。本章系统综述了柑橘渣的营养价值及其在畜禽饲粮中的应用研究进展,以期为柑橘类副产物的饲用化提供理论依据和实践参考,助力我国玉米减量替代方针的顺利推进。Food self-sufficiency assumes a crucial role in ensuring food security,with the primary driver of food consumption growth now shifting towards feed for livestock.The issue of food competition between humans and animals has gained significant prominence in our nation,necessitating an immediate focus on the development of China's regional feed resources in accordance with local circum⁃stances.Citrus pulp is a by-product that arises from the processing of citrus fruits,presenting a significant yield yet low utilization rate.The issues of resource wastage and environmental pollution resulting from its presence hold paramount importance and demand undivided attention.The gross energy value of citrus pulp is comparable to that of corn and other energy feeds,and it possesses a rich array of nutrients and bioactive substances.As a result,it holds great potential for being developed as animal feed resources.This overview systematically reviews the nutritional value of citrus pulp and its application in livestock and poultry diets.The objective is to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the effective utilization of citrus byproducts,while also supporting the implementation of the corn reduction replacement policy in China.
