摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量硒代蛋氨酸(Selenomethionine,Se-Met)对热应激肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及抗氧化功能的影响。将200只1日龄肉鸡,饲养至27日龄开始试验。肉鸡随机分为5组,每组4重复,每重复10羽。对照组和热应激组分别在(24±1)℃和(33±1)℃饲养,对照组(TN)饲喂基础日粮,热应激组分别在基础日粮中添加0(HS组)、0.15、0.30、0.60 mg/kg的Se-Met。试验周期15 d。试验结果显示:①与TN组相比,HS组肉鸡的平均日采食量与平均日增重极显著降低,料重比极显著升高(P<0.01);与HS组相比,0.15、0.60 Se-Met组平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05),0.30 Se-Met组平均日采食量极显著升高(P<0.01),3个加药组平均日增重极显著升高(P<0.01),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01)。②与TN相比,HS组全净膛率、腿肌率显著降低(P<0.05),胸肌率极显著降低(P<0.01);与HS组相比,0.15 Se-Met组全净膛率极显著上升(P<0.01),0.30、0.60 Se-Met组全净膛率显著上升(P<0.05),0.15、0.30 Se-Met组腿肌率显著上升(P<0.05),0.30、0.60 Se-Met组胸肌率显著上升(P<0.05)。③与TN相比,HS组血清中GSH-Px、T-SOD极显著降低(P<0.01)、T-AOC显著降低(P<0.05);与HS组相比,0.30、0.60 Se-Met组T-AOC显著上升(P<0.05),3个加药组T-SOD、GSH-Px均极显著升高(P<0.01)。由此可见,日粮中添加0.30 mg/kg的Se-Met可缓解热应激对肉鸡的危害,提高生长性能。The experiment was designed to investigate the effects of different doses of selenomethionine(Se-Met)added to diets on growth performance,slaughtering performance and antioxidant function of heat-stressed broilers.A total of 2001-day-old broilers were fed until 27 days of age to start the experiment.They were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates of 10 birds each.The control and heat stress groups were housed at(24±1)℃and(33±1)℃,respectively,and the control group(TN)was fed a basal diet,while the heat stress group were supplemented with Se-Met in their diets at 0(HS),0.15,0.3 and 0.6 mg/kg,respectively.The test period is 15 days.The results showed that:①compared with the TN group,the daily feed intake and daily weight gain of broiler chickens in the HS group were extremely significantly reduced,and the feed to weight ratio was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the HS group,the daily feed intake of the 0.15 and 0.60 Se-Met groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the daily feed intake of the 0.30 Se-Met group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).The daily weight gain and feed to weight ratio of the three dosing groups were extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01).②Compared with group,the HS group showed a significant decrease in total bore rate and leg muscle rate(P<0.05),and a extremely significant decrease in chest muscle rate(P<0.01).Compared with the HS group,the 0.15 Se-Met group showed a extremely significant increase in total bore rate(P<0.01),the 0.30 and 0.60 Se-Met groups showed a significant increase in total bore rate(P<0.05),the 0.15 and 0.30 Se-Met groups showed a significant increase in leg muscle rate(P<0.05),and the 0.30 and 0.60 Se-Met groups showed a significant increase in chest muscle rate(P<0.05).③Compared with group,the serum GSH-Px and T-SOD levels in the HS group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the T-AOC level was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the HS group,T-AOC increased significantly in the 0.3 and 0.6 Se-Me
