摘 要:试验旨在考察绿原酸对旧院黑鸡生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取480只430日龄健康旧院黑鸡母鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加500、1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸。预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加500、1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸显著提高了试验5~8周和1~8周蛋鸡的产蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低了试验5~8周和1~8周蛋鸡的料蛋比(P<0.05)。饲粮添加1000 mg/kg绿原酸显著降低了试验1~4周和1~8周鸡蛋的破壳率(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加500、1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸显著提高了试验1~4周鸡蛋的哈氏单位(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸显著降低了蛋鸡血清三酰甘油(TG)含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸显著提高了蛋鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加500、1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸显著提高了蛋鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1500 mg/kg绿原酸显著提高了蛋鸡输卵管谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加不同比例绿原酸均能提高产蛋率,改善蛋品质,增强鸡只抗氧化能力,其中以添加1000、1500 mg/kg绿原酸的效果最佳。The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of chlorogenic acid on growth performance,egg quality and antioxidant function of Jiuyuan black chickens.A total of 480430-day-old healthy laying egg hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 egg hens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed with 500,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid.The pre-trial period was 1 week and the formal period was 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,500,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased the laying rate of laying hens in 5-8 weeks and 1-8 weeks(P<0.05),meanwhile significantly reduced the feed to egg ratio of laying hens in 5-8 weeks and 1-8 weeks(P<0.05).1000 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly reduced the breakage rate of eggs in 1-4 weeks and 1-8 weeks(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,500,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased the haugh unit in 1-4 weeks(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,1000,1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly reduced serum triglycerides(TG)of laying hens(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,1000,1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased Total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of laying hens(P<0.05).500,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of laying hens.Compared with the control group,1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in oviducts of laying hens(P<0.05).It can be seen that dietary 1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg chlorogenic acid can improve the growth performance and the egg quality,and enhance the antioxidant function of laying hens.
