中药复方对犊牛腹泻的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：为了探究中药复方对犊牛腹泻的治疗效果,试验将30头腹泻犊牛随机分成中药组和头孢噻呋钠抗生素组(对照组),从治愈率、平均日增重、血常规指标、血清生化指标、免疫和抗氧化因子等方面对药物治疗效果进行比较分析。结果表明:中药组的治愈率和平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),平均治愈时间显著低于对照组;试验前中药组与对照组各指标数据无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验后中药组红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)均显著高于试验前(P<0.05),且极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验后中药组γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)活性显著低于试验前(P<0.05),且显著低于对照组(P<0.01),总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于试验前(P<0.05),且极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),中药组的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性(AST)和尿素氮(UREA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验后中药组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著高于试验前(P<0.05),且极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。说明本研究研发的新型中药组方可以提高犊牛腹泻的治愈率和犊牛平均日增重,改善犊牛贫血,提高犊牛的代谢能力、免疫力和抗氧化能力,且效果优于头孢噻呋钠。In order to explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine compound on calf diarrhea,30 calves with diarrhea were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group and ceftiofur sodium antibiotic group(control group),and the therapeutic effect was studied from the aspects of cure rate,daily weight gain,blood routine,serum biochemistry,immunity and antioxidant factors.The results showed that the cure rate and average daily gain of TCM group were significantly higher than that of control group,and the average cure time was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the TCM group and the control group before the test(P>0.05),but the mean red blood cell volume(MCV),mean red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH)and mean hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in TCM group were higher than before test(P<0.05),and significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).Gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT)in TCM group was significantly lower than before test(P<0.05),and extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01),total protein(TP)was significantly higher than that before test(P<0.05),and extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in amino transfer of aspartate(AST)and UREA nitrogen(UREA)between TCM group and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgM,IgA and T-AOC in the TCM group were higher than those before the experiment(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01).The results indicated that the new Chinese medicine formula developed in this study could increase the cure rate of diarrhea and daily weight gain of calves,improve the symptoms of anemia in calves,improve the metabolic capacity,immunity and antioxidant capacity of calves,and the effect was better than ceftiofur sodium.
