摘　　要：神经酰胺(Cer)是一种具有生物活性的鞘脂,在调控细胞凋亡、增殖等多个生理过程中发挥重要作用。本文对Cer在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的防治提供新思路。Ceramide,a bioactive sphingolipid,has been established as playing a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes,including cell apoptosis and proliferation.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research advancements in ceramide's role in oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors,aiming to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.
