新时代高校思政课教师综合素养提升的五维探析

摘　　要：思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。高校思政课教师应勇立潮头,以高度的使命感和时代担当精神锻造自我。新时代高校思想政治理论课教师应具备扎实的知识储备、高尚的道德情怀、优良的意志品质、过硬的政治素养和严格的职业自律。新时代高校思想政治理论课教师应从认知维度、情感维度、意志维度、信仰维度和行为维度出发,强化认知、涵养情感、锤炼意志、深化信仰、严格行为,做到知、情、意、信、行五种维度的统一。通过丰富知识储备、增强人格魅力、提升意志品质、坚定政治立场、坚守职业自律,不断提升能力、定力和吸引力,打造一支高素质、高水平、高精尖的新时代高校思想政治理论课教师队伍。The ideological and political course is a key course to implement the fundamental task, and the key to run the course effectively lies in the teachers. Teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities should stand out of the tide,forging themselves with a strong sense of responsibility and the spirit of taking on responsibilities in the new era. Teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era should possess solid knowledge reserve, noble moral sentiments,unique will quality, excellent political accomplishment and strict professional self-discipline. In the new era, the teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities should start from the dimensions of cognition, emotion, will, belief and behavior,strengthen cognition, cultivate emotion, temper will, deepen belief and strict behavior, so as to achieve the unity of the five dimensions of knowledge, emotion, meaning, trust and action. By enriching knowledge reserve, enhancing personality charm, improving the quality of will, firming up political stand, adhering to professional self-discipline, and constantly improving ability, concentration and attraction, to build a high-quality, high-standard, and top-tier faculty team for ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.
