摘  要:为了降低空调能耗,设计基于运行模式划分的暖通空调能耗优化控制系统。数据采集模块利用传感器,采集暖通空调模块内空调机组运行数据;通过无线通信模块传输采集的数据至运行模式划分模块;运行模式划分模块中改进K-means聚类算法依据采集的数据,划分暖通空调运行模式;通过暖通空调监控计算机转换各运行模式对应的数据,获取二进制数据;PLC控制器根据各运行模型对应的二进制数据,建立以最低能耗为目标的暖通空调能耗优化控制模型,通过粒子群算法求解该模型,得到最低能耗对应的能耗优化控制方案,并按照控制方案,控制空调机组终端执行设备。实验证明系统可有效采集暖通空调运行数据,完成运行模式划分,可优化控制暖通空调能耗,降低各运行模式下的能耗。This paper designs the HVAC energy consumption optimization control system based on operation mode division to reduce the en-ergy consumption of air conditioning.The data acquisition module uses sensors to collect the operation data of air conditioning units in the HVAC module,transmits the collected data to the operation mode division module through the wireless communica-tion module.In the operation mode division module,the improved K-means clustering algorithm divides the HVAC operation mode according to the collected data,converts the data corresponding to each operation mode through the HVAC monitoring com-puter to obtain binary data.According to the binary data corresponding to each operation model,the PLC controller establishes the optimal control model of HVAC energy consumption with the goal of minimum energy consumption,solves the model through particle swarm optimization,obtains the optimal control scheme of energy consumption corresponding to the minimum energy con-sumption,and controls the terminal execution equipment of the air-conditioning unit according to the control scheme.The experi-ment shows that the system can effectively collect the HVAC operation data and complete the operation mode division.The system can optimize and control the energy consumption of HVAC and reduce the energy consumption under various operation modes.
