摘 要:为探究电磁-机械激励下电动汽车电驱动系统振动特性,建立了永磁同步电机有限元模型,研究了电机电磁特性及辅助槽对电机电磁转矩脉动的影响规律;在此基础上,建立了包括电机、传动系统、壳体总成的电驱动系统多柔体动力学模型,分析了电磁激励和机械激励下电驱动系统壳体总成振动特性;研究了定转子开槽结构参数对电驱动系统振动特性的影响,选取定子槽宽、转子槽宽、转子槽间距等敏感参数作为优化变量,构建Kriging响应面模型,对电机辅助槽参数进行多目标优化。研究结果表明,电机24阶、48阶电磁激励对系统振动的贡献较大,优化后振动加速度频域幅值在24f、f z1、48f处分别下降了32.8%、56.6%、57.3%。To investigate the vibration characteristics of electric drive system under electromagnetic-mechanical excitation,we build a finite element model of permanent magnet synchronous motor so that the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor and the influence of auxiliary groove on the electromagnetic torque pulsation of the motor are explored.On this basis,a multi-flexed-body dynamics model of the electric drive system,comprised of the motor,the transmission system,and the shell assembly,is built to analyze the vibration characteristics of the shell assembly of the electric drive system under electromagnetic and mechanical excitation.Vibration characteristics of the shell assembly of the electric drive system under electromagnetic and mechanical excitation are analyzed.Finally,the influence of stator and rotor slotting structure parameters on the vibration characteristics of the electric drive system is investigated.Througha parameter sensitivity analysis,the stator slot width,rotor slot width and rotor slot spacing are selected as the optimization parameters to build the Kriging response surface model,and the multi-objective optimization of the auxiliary slot parameters of the motor is conducted.Our results show the 24th and 48th order electromagnetic excitation of the motor contributes more to the system vibration,and the frequency domain amplitude of the vibration acceleration decreases by 32.8%,56.6%,and 57.3%at 24 f,f z1 and 48 f respectively after optimization.
