关于病理科放射性标本处置的探讨

摘　　要：随着核医学科的迅猛发展,放射性治疗为多种恶性疾病提供了诊疗思路,约有70%的癌症患者需要采用放射治疗,值得注意的是,若放疗后肿瘤复发或者为评价放疗效果,需要切除放疗后手术标本送检病理科带有放射性的病理标本会对病理科工作人员的健康造成影响,为更好地保障病理科安全的工作环境,本文根据中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院病理科对放射性标本处置的管理经验,对放射性病理标本的合理处置进行以下探讨。With the rapid development of nuclear medicine,radiotherapy has provided diagnostic and treatment approaches for various malignant diseases.Approximately 70%of cancer patients require radiotherapy.It is noteworthy that if the tumor recurs after radiotherapy or to evaluate the effectiveness of radiotherapy,surgical specimens after radiotherapy need to be removed and sent to the pathology department for examination.Pathological specimens with radioactivity can pose a risk to the health of pathology department staff.To better ensure a safe working environment in the pathology department,this article discusses the rational disposal of radioactive pathological specimens based on the management experience of the pathology department at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University.
