基于OBE模式的医学微生物学教学改革探索与思考

摘  要:在新医科及健康中国建设背景下,医学微生物学课程教学改革势在必行。文章基于成果导向教育理念(outcomes-based education,OBE),从课程目标、教学模式、思政元素及评价方式等方面着手,对医学微生物学开展了线上线下混合式教学实践与探索。结果表明,该教学改革有助于学生确立明确的课程学习目标,增强对知识的掌握与运用,培养科学精神、职业道德和家国情怀,同时有效提升了教学质量,为培养高素质医学人才奠定基础。Under the background of New Medicine and Healthy China Program Action,it is imperative to conduct teaching reform in medical courses.Guided by the teaching philosophy of outcome-based education,the author explored an online and offline blended teaching model in the course of medical microbiology in terms of course objectives,teaching mode,elements of ideological and political education,and evaluation methods.The results showed that the teaching reform can help students set clear goals,better understand and apply knowledge,and cultivate scientific spirit,professional ethics,and patriotism.Meanwhile,it effectively improves teaching quality and lays a foundation for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
