基于新发展理念基础医学综合性设计性实验教学模式探索

摘　　要：综合性设计性实验教学在培养医学生自主学习、自主探究、科研能力、创新思维和团结合作等综合素质方面具有不可替代的作用。但由于此实验教学周期长、工作繁琐、面向全体学生难以实施及教学资源和条件限制,许多高校难以有效开展以学生为主的开放性、设计性的综合性实验,不利于新发展理念下高校创新人才的培养。学校在新发展理念的指导下,结合形态学、机能学和病原微生物学实验室的教学资源和师资力量,增加其可行性和有效性,积极推动基础医学综合性设计性实验教学的有效开展,并取得很好的教学效果,提高了医学生自主学习、自主探究和创新能力等综合素质。Comprehensive design experimental teaching plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating medical students’abilities in autonomous learning,independent inquiry,research skills,innovative thinking,and teamwork.However,there are problems of long teaching time,complex workflows,insufficient availability for students,and limited teaching resources,and many universities fail to provide student-centered,design-oriented,and open comprehensive experiments,which hinders the cultivation of innovative talents.Guided by New Development Philosophy,the university has integrated the teaching resources and faculty of the laboratories of morphology,functional science,and pathogenic microbiology to enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of comprehensive design experimental teaching of basic medicine.This teaching approach proved effective in improving the student’s qualities of autonomous learning,independent inquiry,and innovative capabilities.
