摘  要:为节省内河高桩框架码头施工工期,节约施工成本,以宜春港樟树港区河西作业区综合码头工程为依托,开展高桩框架码头栈桥法与筑岛法施工的5D-BIM仿真研究。通过比较工程量、费用和工期等指标,优化施工方案。工程实践表明,该工程采用改良筑岛法施工节省工期40天,节约施工成本2800余万元。通过预先估算成本、动态显示施工过程,5D-BIM仿真技术能够快速比较施工方案,并指导工程施工。To shorten the construction period and reduce the construction costs of inland piled frame wharves,based on an integrated terminal project in Hexi operation area at Zhangshu harbor of Yichun port,a 5D-BIM simulation research was carried out for the construction of piled frame wharf by using steel trestle and dredging an island respectively.The construction plan was optimized through the comparison of such indicators as amount of work,expenses,and construction period.The engineering practice showed that the use of an improved island-dredging method could reduce the construction period by 40 days,and lower the construction costs by more than 28 million yuan.The construction plans could be compared quickly by using 5D-BIM simulation technology subject to the estimation of costs and the dynamic display of construction process,which also guided the construction.
