摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)评定生姜中铅元素的不确定度。根据JJF 1135-2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立ICP-MS法测定铅元素不确定度测量的数学模型,分析不确定度来源。通过对不确定度来源(测量重复性、天平重复性无误差和示值误差、容量瓶允许误差、温度效应、标准品、移液器误差、标准系列拟合、回收率和ICP-MS)进行量化和合成。得出生姜中铅元素含量为(1.26±0.57)mg/kg(K=2)。影响结果的主要因素为测量重复性、标准系列溶液配制和校准曲线拟合。Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to evaluate the uncertainty of lead element in ginger.According to JJF 1135-2005“Measurement Uncertainty Assessment for Chemical Analysis”and JJF 1059.1-2012“Measurement Uncertainty Assessment and Representation”,the mathematical model of uncertainty measurement for the determination of elemental lead by ICP-MS was established to analyze the sources of uncertainty.The sources of uncertainty(measurement repeatability,balance repeatability without error and display error,volumetric flask allowable error,temperature effect,standard,pipette error,standard series adjustment,recovery and ICP-MS)were quantified and synthesized.The elemental lead content in ginger was determined to be(1.26±0.57)mg/kg(K=2).The main factors influencing the results were repeatability of measurements,standard series preparation and calibration curve fitting.
