摘  要:某大型暂冲式超声速风洞的总压精确控制采用前馈+反馈的复合控制策略,其气源压力测值的波动会直接影响到前馈模型的精度。为有效降低气源压力测值的噪声和波动量,提出了一种基于Kalman滤波算法的气源压力精准估计方法。采用时变斜率的线性化模型对气源压力曲线进行描述,在每一采样时刻更新斜率,并迭代完成气源压力测值的预估。应用结果表明:该方法可大幅降低气源压力测值的波动量,提高前馈控制量精准度、提升总压控制精度,满足特种试验对总压精度的高要求。Accurate control of total pressure in a large transient supersonic wind tunnel adopts a compound control strategy of feedforward and feedback,and the fluctuation of measured value of air source pressure will directly affect the accuracy of feedforward model.In order to effectively reduce the noise and fluctuation of the measured value of air source pressure,an accurate estimation method of air source pressure based on Kalman filter algorithm is proposed.The linearized model of time-varying slope is used to describe the gas source pressure curve,and the slope is updated at each sampling time,and the prediction of gas source pressure measured value is completed iteratively.The application results show that this method can greatly reduce the fluctuation of the measured value of air source pressure,improve the accuracy of feedforward control and total pressure control,and meet the high requirements of special tests for total pressure accuracy.
