摘 要:变电站中高压断路器液压驱动系统运行故障会导致断路器在必要时无法快速断开电路,造成安全风险,而现有故障诊断功能数据源单一,未考虑开关量故障特征,导致感知准确率低,无法满足电力调控需求,为此设计一种基于多源信息融合的变电站中高压断路器液压驱动系统运行故障智能感知方法。运用光纤传感器采集变电站中高压断路器液压驱动系统运行数据,把信号分解成拥有稀疏特征的本征模态函数分量,采用改进小波阈值函数重构信号,获得干净的信号数据;创建初始信号特征向量,利用经验小波变换提取发电信号特征,描述中高压断路器液压驱动系统运行振动信号状态,将故障真值状态矢量和后备保护矢量采取逻辑运算,得到开关量故障时序特征,运用D-S证据理论融合发电信号特征与开关量时序特征,输出精确的变电站中高压断路器液压驱动系统运行故障感知结果。大量实验分析证明,所提方法故障感知精度高、速度快,能为变电站中高压断路器液压驱动系统的安全运行提供一定帮助。The operation failure of the hydraulic drive system for high-voltage circuit breakers in substations can cause the circuit breakers to be unable to quickly disconnect the circuit when necessary,resulting in safety risks.However,the existing fault diagnosis function has a single data source and does not consider the characteristics of switch faults,resulting in low perception accuracy and inability to meet the needs of electrical control.Therefore,a multi-source information fusion based intelligent perception method for the operation failure of the hydraulic drive system for high-voltage circuit breakers in substations is designed.Using fiber optic sensors to collect operational data of the hydraulic drive system for high-voltage circuit breakers in substations,the signal is decomposed into intrinsic mode function components with sparse features,and the improved wavelet threshold function is used to reconstruct the signal,obtaining clean signal data;Create initial signal feature vectors,extract power generation signal features using empirical wavelet transform,describe the operating vibration signal state of the medium and high voltage circuit breaker hydraulic drive system,perform logical operations on the fault true value state vector and backup protection vector,obtain switch fault time series characteristics,and use D-S evidence theory to fuse power generation signal features with switch time series characteristics,Output accurate fault perception results for the operation of the high-voltage circuit breaker hydraulic drive system in the substation.A large number of experimental analyses have proven that the proposed method has high fault perception accuracy and fast speed,and can provide certain assistance for the safe operation of the hydraulic drive system of high-voltage circuit breakers in substations.
