摘  要:虚拟调试是当今机电产品设计环节中一项新兴的调试方法,而虚拟调试离不开通信协议的支撑,基于PROFINET的以太网通信由于实时性好所以其具有广大的应用前景,为了探究在PROFINET通信为桥梁的虚拟调试方法在PLC控制器与基于NX MCD的虚拟模型之间通信的可操作性,以真实糖厂糖包搬运机构中的气动手爪为研究对象,依次完成对研究对象的建模、机电概念设计和基于PROFINET协议的虚拟调试,通过探究验证了此通信方式在真实PLC控制器与MCD虚拟模型之间通信的可行性,为糖包搬运手爪的数字孪生制造提供了一种思路,也为从事机电概念设计及数字孪生虚拟调试的相关技术人员提供了参考案例。Virtual commissioning is an emerging commissioning method in the design of electromechanical products today,and virtual commissioning cannot be separated from the support of communication protocols.Ethernet communication based on PROFINET has broad application prospects due to its good real-time performance.In order to explore the operability of virtual commissioning methods using PROFINET communication as a bridge for communication between PLC controllers and virtual models based on NX MCD,the pneumatic gripper in the sugar bag handling mechanism of a real sugar factory has been taken as the research object in this paper,and the modeling of the research object,the electromechanical conceptual design and the virtual commissioning based on PROFINET protocol successively have been completed,The feasibility of this communication mode between the real PLC controller and the MCD virtual model is verified through exploration,At the same time,the problems that are easy to occur under this communication mode have been summarized,which provides an idea for the digital twin manufacturing of sugar bag handling grippers,and also provides a reference case for relevant technicians engaged in electromechanical conceptual design and digital twin virtual commissioning.
