摘　　要：针对低收入家庭高职毕业生就业困难的问题,研究提出了一种新的贝叶斯关联规则算法,先通过贝叶斯模型揭示新业态对低收入家庭高职毕业生就业的影响,然后采用关联规则进一步分析各项数据项之间的关联关系,最后搭建了新业态分析系统的框架结构,解决了低收入家庭高职毕业生就业需求。此次研究结果表明,基于贝叶斯关联规则算法的新业态分析系统不仅对于就业创造有很大的帮助,还可以通过互联网平台、共享经济等形式,为低收入家庭高职毕业生提供更多的就业机会。研究结果可应用于高职院校的就业指导工作。A new Bayesian association rule algorithm is proposed to address the employment difficulties faced by low-income vocational college graduates.Firstly,a Bayesian model is used to reveal the impact of new business formats on the employment of lowincome vocational college graduates.Then,association rules are used to further analyze the correlation between various data items.Finally,a framework structure of the new business format analysis system is constructed to address the employment needs of low-income vocational college graduates.The research results show that the new business analysis system based on Bayesian association rule algorithm not only has great help for employment creation,but also can provide more employment opportunities for low-income vocational college graduates through the Internet platform,sharing economy and other forms.The research results can be applied to the employment guidance work in vocational colleges.
