摘 要:为了解黔产野生蒲公英总黄酮、多糖含量特征及体外抗氧化活性,采用三氯化铝醋酸钠显色法和硫酸-苯酚法分别测定总黄酮、粗多糖含量,探究了不同提取条件对总黄酮和粗多糖体外抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:(1)最优提取条件下,贵州产野生蒲公英总黄酮含量达34.0812 mg/g,多糖含量可达58.69 mg/g。(2)贵州产野生蒲公英中的总黄酮和多糖对DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、OH自由基的清除率分别为84%、83%、70%和73%、74%、64%。In ord to understand that content characteristics of total flavonoid and polysaccharide and the antioxidant activity in vitro of wild dandelion in Guizhou,the content of total flavonoid and polysaccharide was determined by sodium acetate chromogenic method of aluminum trichloride and sulfuric acid-phenol method,the effects of different extraction conditions on antioxidant activity of flavonoids and polysaccharides in vitro were investigated.The results showed that:(1)Under the optimum extraction conditions,the total flavonoids content of wild dandelion in Guizhou reached 34.0812 mg/g,the content of polysaccharide was 58.69 mg/g.(2)Flavonoids and polysaccharides from wild dandelion in Guizhou the scavenging rates of DPPH,ABTS+and OH were 84%,83%,70%and 73%,74%,64%,respectively.The results of this study can provide a reference for the comprehensive development and efficient utilization of wild dandelion in Guizhou.
